There was a time when there were lots of cotton mills in Mumbai, employing thousands of workers. And all of a sudden they disappeared: both, the mills and the workers. What happened to them? Where did they go? Why did they lose their jobs? The film tries to answer all these questions, and portray the truth behind a modern city like Mumbai.
